Banana Boat | Rebrand

Banana Boat sunscreen was developed in 1976 by lifeguard Robert Bell in Miami, Florida. Its purpose as a sunscreen business is to provide sustainable and comfortable, topical protection from potential skin damage caused by UV rays. The goal of my rebrand is to help get Banana Boat products recognized through the engaging and communicative nature of its branding. The classic brand has experienced a longer life, meaning it has had time to learn what the people really need. Banana Boat’s current mission is to provide protection the people can trust! With their current logo being remotely the same for over fifty years, people need to be reminded of the timeless protection that Banana Boat offers. Because of how classic the sunscreen has stayed, the rebrand is meant to keep the integrity of its original design, just with modernized revisions.
