I have always been a fan of those odd hole-in-the-wall restaurants that end up being small treasures with authentic recipes, fresh food and personable owners. This is how I imagine Flour, as a small and delicious bakery that has fresh treats served with fresh (edible) flowers. I wanted the experimentation and combination of ingredients to communicate uniqueness and innovation while keeping a rural-rooted aesthetic and voice.
